I used to be aenorexic- i never went to a clinic though, but i would definately recommend one. I was only in the beginning stages, and could overcome it, but i would definately recommend counseling and such. Aenorexia is an illness not only of the body, but of the mind. You have to change your way of thinking. How I overcame it was first of all- start out eating foods that aren’t filling and such. Choose simple, easy to eat foods. (I found gummies very easy to eat) And as you are getting it down, think to yourself of something good and happy. Tell yourself that you can do this. Tell yourself that food is good. You will overcome it, sweetheart. It is so hard, i know- but it will be okay.
